Maria's Amazing Corn Dip

My old neighbor in Chattanooga gave me this recipe.  Every time I bring this corn dip to a function, someone asks me for the recipe. Every. Time.  It is simple and you just dump everything in the crock pot!  Serve with scoop tortilla chips.

INGREDIENTS

32 oz bag of frozen white corn (yellow is fine too)

1 stick of unsalted butter

2 8oz blocks of cream cheese

1 jar of mild sliced jalapenos (drained)

Garlic salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Just dump everything in the crockpot, turn on to low temperature and let it do its magic.  I give it a little stir once or twice.
