IT HAS US IN TEARS LAUGHING! Ransom Notes, a family favorite game in my house! Although it is recommended for ages 15 plus, my 10 year old has played with us and we take out the few age-inappropriate words and put them off to the side.

If you are playing with more than 5 players or you will play it numerous times (and I think you will!), the bundle is your best option as it comes with not only more words, but also more trays for other players.  If you have teens who think they are cooler than you are, get Ransom Notes: Family Content Pack, which includes some current slang words like “bruh” and “bussin”.  My teens were highly entertained with those words.

I have also played this for a girls-night-in and it was so funny and would be perfect for an adult night when you want a change from Cards Against Humanity.  For these two groups, the Ransom Notes: Not Safe for Work expansion pack would be useful…these words might make you blush and may be considered slightly raunchy.  Sounds fun!

This expansion pack is currently out of stock. Check back in August.

The creators of Ransom Notes are Evan and Josh, two friends in Tennessee who created this game and more.  This purchase is a great way to support a small business! -Christine
