A refreshing glass of tiki rum punch on ice with an orange slice and mint garnish

Mojito, Piña Colada, Mai Tai, and Rum Punch


MOJITO

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Barcardi superior white rum

3 lime wedges

12 fresh mint leaves

2 tsp extra fine sugar

3/4 oz club soda


DIRECTIONS

Squeeze lime wedges into glass.

Gently press lime wedges and sugar together.

Add mint to glass and muddle to bruise the leaves.

Fill glass halfway with ice.

Add rum and stir.

Top with ice and club soda.


PIÑA COLADA

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Barcardi superior rum

2 1/4 oz pineapple juice

1/2 oz cream of coconut

1/4 oz lime juice


DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients into shaker, add ice to shaker, seal it tightly and shake for 15-20 seconds.


Mai Tai

INGREDIENTS

1 oz Barcardi superior gold rum

1/2 oz orgeat syrup

1/2 oz oragne curacao

2 oz pineapple juice (alt lime juice)

1 oz orange juice (if you want more fruity/mild)

1 oz dark rum


Directions

Combine all ingredients (except dark rum) in shaker with ice and shake.

Pour mix in glass and float 1 oz of dark rum on top.


RUM PUNCH (serves 8-10)

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups pineapple juice

1 1/2 cups of orange juice

1 cup of fresh lime juice

1 cup of 100% pomegranate juice

4 oz grenadine syrup

1 1/2 cup dark rum

1 1/2 cup light rum

orange slices


DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients into pitcher, punch bowl, or beverage dispenser and stir.

Add oranges slices.
