Angelena’s White Sangria

INGREDIENTS

3 bottles of Pinto Grigio

4 oz simple syrup (adjust according to dryness of white wine)

1 lemon, sliced

1 orange sliced

1 pear sliced

16 oz peach nectar

12-ish basil leaves, gently muddled or bruised

20-ish mint leaves, gently muddled or bruised

1 32 oz bottle of club soda

Sphere ice cubes, 3”

DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a drink dispenser except club soda and ice cubes.

Add club soda and ice cubes right before serving.

NOTES
Additional herbs can provide delicious nuances to the flavor; think tarragon, thyme, or rosemary.

Using large ice cubes slows the melting of ice and will help keep the spigot clear

This can be made further in advance, store in a pitcher and add soda and ice immediately before serving
