Pesto Chicken Mezze with Balsamic Drizzle

This dip is perfect for any party or gathering!

INGREDIENTS

1 6-7oz container of pesto

2 rotisserie chickens

10oz container of hummus

balsamic vinegar

Stonefire Original Naan Flat Rounds for serving

1/2 lemon

DIRECTIONS

Pull and shred rotisserie chicken into large bowl.

Add pesto and stir to coat chicken.

In a wide shallow bowl, spread hummus all around the interior.

Drizzle balsamic vinegar or hummus.

Top with pesto-covered chicken.

Serve immediately or if storing in refrigerator, allow time to bring back to room temperature before serving.

Before serving add a light squeeze of lemon all around.
